CAB 6698 MRS COLLAPSIBLE HANGER
The CAB 6698 MRS Collapsible Hanger is purpose-built for use with mobile roof supports in underground mining. Designed with safety in mind, the bottom two carriers collapse under tension, allowing cables to drop safely to the mine floor while the top loop remains anchored to the roof. This innovative design enables miners to retrieve cables without entering unsupported roof hazard zones. Constructed from 4mm low-tensile strength wire, the hanger provides both reliability and controlled release under load.
Ideal for use in longwall and retreat mining operations where mobile roof supports are employed. The collapsible design minimises risk during cable recovery and enhances safety in hazardous areas. Suitable for supporting a wide range of electrical and communication cables while ensuring quick release when required.
